STRONG by Zumba™ COMING FALL II SESSION AT THE Y!
Join us Thursday nights from 4:15 – 5:15PM in the gym for STRONG by Zumba™ with Brie!
(Starting Fall II Session- October 27)
STRONG by Zumba™ revolutionizes Zumba® workouts as you know them, melding strong, upbeat rhythms with powerful, high intensity cardio and strength conditioning moves. This class is designed for participants looking to increase their intensity levels as it incorporates the HIIT method of training. This means that high intensity moves are interchanged with lower intensity moves throughout the entire workout. While simple dance steps are part of the program, STRONG by Zumba™ is a more ‘athletic, conditioning style workout’ and well-suited for those who love to move but are not comfortable in a full-out dance class.
