We are now be offering parent/child swim lessons for children ages 6 months – 1 year and children ages 2 years – 3 years. In the two stages that make up this parent-child category, children learn to be comfortable in the water. Rather than teaching children how to survive in the water or become accomplished swimmers, Swim Starters focuses on developing swim readiness skills through fun and confidence-building experiences. Parents also learn essential skills in Swim Starters. Close supervision is the best way to prevent drowning. Parents learn how to supervise children in the water, how to prevent accidents, and how to plan for emergencies. Requirements: Ages 6 Months to 3 Years. An adult parent, guardian, or caregiver is required to accompany each child in the water and participate in class.
SWIM STARTERS SESSIONS:
A – Water Discovery – Ages 6 Months-1 Year – Thursdays, 4:15 – 4:45PM
B – Water Exploration – Ages 2 – 3 Years – Thursdays, 4:45 – 5:15PM
