The Y prides itself in offering you diverse, effective, and fun class programming. We take great care in ensuring that we offer classes that appeal to your mind, body, and spirit. Whether you’re a senior, teen, serious athlete, or new to group exercise–we promise to have something that inspires your motivation to move!
Standard group exercise classes such as Yoga, Zumba, TRX, Cycling, Body Strength, Yoga, and Barbell Strength are FREE to Y members. Most classes welcome drop-ins, however specialty classes are fee-based and require pre-registration.
Group Exercise classes are scheduled during the early mornings, lunchtime, mid-day and evenings to try to help accommodate a wide variety of schedules.
CLASS PASS: Non-members may attend unlimited select group fitness classes* for just $75 per program session. No membership or additional day pass purchase required!
