Counselor-in-Training Program (CIT)

YMCA Summer Day Camp gives young people the opportunity and responsibility to develop leadership qualities in a supportive environment through the CIT program. CIT’s should approach this opportunity like a job and treat it like a job.

To Participate:

  • Must be 13 years old by June 1, 2015
  • Attend Training Dates on June 8, 9, 10

One-Time Program Fee:

  • Family Members: $150
  • Youth Members: $155
  • Non-Members: $165

Field Trip Fees:

  • William A. Irvin & Vista Fleet: $25
  • Duluth Edge Water Park: $25
  • Sky Zone & Pump it Up: $45

What to Bring Daily:

  • Swimsuit, towel & water shoes/flip flops
  • Healthy bag lunch & snacks (NO Candy)
  • Beverages (NO Pop)
  • Water Bottle
  • Jacket, sweatshirt, hat, tennis shoes
  • Sunscreen, bug repellent, rain jacket
