Advanced TRX
PUSHING YOUR INTENSITY LEVEL
Advanced TRX is a progression style TRX strength and endurance workout that is designed for those members looking for a class that is that next level of fitness. In this small group training setting you will be actively using the TRX Suspension Trainer through combining complex movements for maximum results.
Sample class is limited to 5 people so please register early.

*Advanced TRX will be a Members Only Class. Space is limited to 5 people so register early! Participants must be comfortable and competent in current Core TRX Class and must be able to perform “toes in” exercises in the straps.
