Activities here are Free to Members. There is a small fee for non-members to enjoy the activities. Our gym may be closed periodically for special events and programs. These closings will occur depending on the needs of our facility and will be posted at the Member Services Desk.

We offer a variety of opportunities and activities to help you meet your wellness needs, including an extensive amount and variety of group exercise classes, individual and small group Personal Training services, and state-of-the-art wellness centers.
