Whether you’re a senior, teen, serious athlete, or new to group exercise–we promise to have something that inspires your motivation to move!
Choose from a variety of classes. Most classes are Free to Y Members, but pre-registration is required.
Free for Y Members! Y CLASS PASSES allowed in this class. Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills. Hand held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are offered for resistance. A chair is used for seated and/or standing support.
Yoga - Chair/Beginner Yoga
Free for Y Members! Y CLASS PASSES allowed in this class. Move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of postures designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement.
Free for Y Members! Y CLASS PASSES allowed in this class. Yoga flows, poses and breathing to improve flexibility, strength, balance and body awareness. Emphasis is placed on student understanding, safety and stability within each pose.
Free for Y Members! Y CLASS PASSES allowed in this class. This fast-paced class combines body weight, muscle conditioning, and cardio synced to music designed to match every move. Burn calories with high-intensity moves like high knees and jumping jacks while toning your abs, legs, gluts and upper bodies as your squat, plank, push-up and burpee through this full body workout. Finish the class with floor exercises, please bring a mat.
Free for Y Members! Y CLASS PASSES allowed in this class. Join the Party! A fusion of Latin dance moves and cardio exercises to create a fun, easy to follow, spicy workout to great Latin music.
Free for Y Members! Y CLASS PASSES allowed in this class. Take your game to the next level on the Roller Rink or Ice Arena with this full body workout focusing on movements that support a stronger skater.
Put the pedal to the metal with cycling classes that will keep you on the road to better health. Most classes are Free to Y Members, but pre-registration is required.
A 45-minute cross training workout featuring group cycling and any of the following – strength training, plyometric, core training, yoga, agility/balance training and more!
An intense cardio workout for all fitness levels – work at your own pace to create the perfect workout for you!
