We offer a variety of opportunities and activities to help you meet your wellness needs, including an extensive amount and variety of group exercise classes, individual and small group Personal Training services, and state-of-the-art wellness centers. Most classes are free for Y members.

 

BARBELL STRENGTH

Free for Y Members! Y CLASS PASSES allowed in this class. Join us as we raise the bar in this strength training class designed for all fitness levels.

 

BODY STRENGTH

Free for Y Members! Y CLASS PASSES allowed in this class. It’s a full-body strength and conditioning class for all levels. You’ll get it all in this class – a workout for your upper body, lower body and core!

 

CORE CONDITIONING

Free for Y Members! Y CLASS PASSES allowed in this class. Walk taller, feel stronger! This class is designed to build core muscle groups while improving posture through performing a variety of exercises that strengthen the abdomen and back muscles and increase flexibility, balance and range of movement.

 

GROUP STRENGTH

Free for Y Members! Y CLASS PASSES allowed in this class. A class designed to sculpt and strengthen your whole body! Using free-weights, resistance bands and just your own body weight, this class will tone and define your upper body, lower body and core. All fitness levels are welcome.

 

NOON WORKOUT

Free for Y Members! Y CLASS PASSES allowed in this class. This is a total body workout offering a wide variety of exercises for everyone wanting a great workout over the noon hour.
